Why no published pricing?
EscapeLife OS is a composable platform — a golf resort with 3 PMS integrations and dynamic bundling has very different needs from a vacation rental manager with 200 properties and OTA sync. Published tiers would either overcharge small operators or underserve enterprise deployments. A tailored quote ensures you only pay for what drives value.
How long does it take to get a quote?
Typically within one business day of your intake call or form submission. Complex multi-property configurations may take an additional day.
Is there a minimum commitment?
No minimum term for standard deployments. Enterprise configurations with custom integrations typically involve an annual agreement.
Can I start with a subset of modules and expand later?
Yes — most customers start with Reservations and one or two integrations, then layer in Yield Engine, AI, and additional channels as they see results.
Do integrations cost extra?
Pre-built integrations (Airbnb, Stripe, Google, etc.) are included in the base platform. Custom API integrations, white-label builds, and enterprise connectors are scoped separately.
